Bolgheri Green for Proposta Spirits

Bolgheri Green is a “circular” project: it starts from the earth and returns to it.
At the farm they produce vegetables, fruit, eggs, pasta, extra virgin olive oil and some cheeses following the principles of Organic-Regenerative Agriculture. 🌱

On August 6, for the first time, Sapling sustainable products were the protagonists of an event dedicated to nature and its fruits.

The drink list was signed by Matteo Paperini (Buscavida) and Lorenzo Ghironi (Bolgheri Green). 🍸✨
