A vegetable garden at Sal8: where nature meets mixing

In the heart of the park of the Relais Poggio dei Santi, an event dedicated to mixology took place: participants enjoyed a unique experience: a foraging walk led by botanical expert Francesca. Together with Federico Diddi, participants picked flowers, herbs, leaves, fruits and roots.

Each participant then got to the heart of the challenge by creating 3 cocktails, including a recipe with the Sapling Spirits distillate, complete with mise en place.
