Cadello: the bitter that unites East and West

Echo Cocktail
Created by Dario Comis for the Pantheon Iconic in Rome, Echo is a cocktail that reinterprets the classic with depth, elegance and aromatic persistence. Cadello 88's herbaceous and spicy notes meet the structure of whisky and the smoothness of banana in a refined and surprising recipe.
Ingredients:
15 ml Cadello
25 ml Johnnie Walker
30 ml Banana Cordial
10 ml Sherry oloroso
Mix the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until the correct dilution is achieved. Strain into a shallow tumbler with ice and top with a garnish of dried banana or orange zest.
Meteor: the most authentic soul of mezcal
Produced in Oaxaca by select Espadín agave, Meteoro is an artisanal mezcal that expresses the full personality of the Mexican spirit: fruity notes, a delicate smoke, and an intense yet balanced structure.
Jamaica Tixxi
Fresh, aromatic and thirst-quenching, Jamaica Tixxi is the ideal cocktail for the hottest days. The smoky character of mezcal meets the vivacity of hibiscus and the freshness of mint in a balanced and immediately summery mix.
Ingredients:
45 ml Mezcal Meteoro
22,5 ml lime juice
22,5 ml hibiscus syrup
fresh mint
1 pinch of salt
Gently crush the mint in the shaker, add the other ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously and pour into the glass filled with ice. Decorate with a tuft of fresh mint and salt in the rim of the glass.
Williamette
Elegant and fragrant, Williamette is a refined long drink that enhances the citrus and mineral component of mezcal. A light cocktail but rich in aromatic nuances, perfect for an aperitif.
Ingredients:
60 ml Mezcal Meteoro
2 Angostura Bitter drops
Tonic water qb (about 120–150 ml, depending on the glass)
1 grapefruit wedge
1 basil leaf
Pour the Mezcal Meteoro into a glass with ice, add the tonic water and top with the drops of Angostura. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a basil leaf.
Two Drifters: sustainable Rum looking to the future

Ingredients:
35 ml Lightly Spiced Rum
15 ml Sweet Vermouth
10 ml Orange Curaçao
2 strawberries
3 slices of cucumber
Ginger Ale q.b.
Mint, strawberry and cucumber for garnish
Add all ingredients to a tall glass filled with cube ice. Top with Ginger Ale and mix gently. Garnish with fresh mint, a strawberry and a slice of cucumber.

Ingredients:
60 ml Whistler's Storm Masala Chai Liqueur
25 ml fresh lemon juice
5 ml vanilla syrup
Egg white or aquafaba
Pour all ingredients into the shaker and make a dry shake without ice. Then add the ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail cup and serve.
